WHAT IS CUSTOMS DUTY?
Let’s start at the beginning. Goods – such as the MMA SPORTS products you buy – can’t simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you’ll be responsible for paying it to the authorities, so MMA SPORTS isn’t involved in this process. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on a whole lot of different things. For example, many countries have a ‘low value threshold’ below which they do not charge any Customs Duty.
If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Norway, Switzerland & EU.
AND IF I DON’T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY?
Yikes. If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to MMA SPORTS, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!
WHAT IS SALES TAX?
Good question. Sales Tax – also known as VAT or GST depending on where you live – is a tax charged on the supply of goods or services. MMA SPORTS is generally registered for Sales Tax in all of the countries it ships to, so we’ll charge you the Sales Tax as part of the checkout process. We collect Sales Tax from you on behalf of the local tax authorities. We then pay this over to the local tax authority, so we don’t keep any of the money for ourselves.

If you live in Europe, the shipping may take 3-10 business days. However, if you live across the ocean (the USA or Canada), it may take 7-15 business days for the parcel to reach you. Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay during such period.

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Tracking number or tracking code is a unique number assigned to each package, which allows you to monitor the movement of the parcel between the countries or even inside one country.
Tracking numbers can be international or traceable only within the country of the sender.
The tracking number in the format of the Universal Postal Union looks like RA123456789CN, where the first 2 letters are the type of package and the last 2 letters are the code of the country of origin. Packages with such numbers can be tracked right until delivery.
Other shipments can be delivered by courier, transport and logistics companies, and how tracking codes look can vary a lot: CTAFT0000160477YQ, UPAAB000000251682107, AEL10105033654UA, SGADN143797855. Such packages are not always trackable in the recipient’s country, and you’ll have to wait for notification from the Post Office or a call from a courier company.

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method
There is a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button
After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process. Check this out here. If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you.
